Hello Fancy Pants friends! Wow, Valentines Day is coming up! Sometimes I think that this holiday gets a little out of control when it comes to gifts. Today I am sharing a fun way to dress up those mason jars you have hanging around to transform them into an affordable gift. Either to keep for yourself or to giveaway.
First I started by cutting a piece of Sweet Nothings Love Garden pattern paper to 12 inches by 1 1/4 inches and then adhering it to the jar. Next, I used some of the Sweet Nothings Black + White washi tape and applied it underneath the pattern paper.
To make the tag I used a few of the Sweet Nothings Tags, layered them using 3d foam adhesive, and then layered a few die cuts from the Sweet Nothings Ephemera set. Since the tags come with string all I had to do was tie it to my ribbon.
I filled the jar up with some seasonal Valentines Day chocolates and then grabbed a fun felt pennant. Have you looked at all of the new Felt Pennants? Oh my goodness, they are so sticking cute, not to mention so versatile! I created two little banners on the pennant stick by adhering the Sweet Nothings Washi tape. It added a decorative touch and made the project coordinated.
Here you go! A super cute and affordable gift. I think this would be a perfect gift for teacher, co-workers, a spouse, or friend. It is so cute and will make the recipient feel so very special.
