Good Morning and welcome to another day of creating projects off the page!  This is a challenge for me.  I love the Merry & Bright collection so much I wanted to create lots of layouts with this collection.  But I am super excited about the ornaments I have made too.  My small tree in the entryway needed some decor, so I created my own Christmas tree ornaments with some of the paper and lots of the Bottle Brush Trees ornaments!  Let’s take a look.

Prepping paper trees

I started by selecting a tree cut file from the Silhouette store.  Go HERE for file.  I cut three different size trees from three different papers.  I removed the bow part of the cut file.

You can see that I used both sides of the paper, alternating as I attached each side.

My second ornament, the bottle brushes, came together so quickly and easily.

Prepping Bottle Trees

I gathered several different random clips and 4″ and 5″ Bottle Brushes.  I used Red Line tape to attach these to the bottom of each tree.

They came together really nicely and easily.  A quick and easy way to add decor to your empty tree.  This would be a super fun craft to do with kids.

Here are a few closeups of my happy tree.
