Hey friends! Stephanie here to share something a bit different today!
Lately I’ve been battling a little creative block and I hate when that happens. I know we all go through it and I wanted to share some fun tips to overcome it.
I challenged my self with limited supplies, no photos, and 1 hour of just good ol’ crafty fun! I used the 12×12 journaling card paper from the Take Me Away collection, a few scraps of coordinating paper, the ephemera pack, glue, pop dots, and my sewing machine (which just happened to have yellow thread loaded).
I chose the 12×12 journaling card paper and once I cut them down I had 10 bases for a flip mini album. I went through and decorated them with the coordinating ephemera and some stitching.
I love how this project turned out and now I have a fun album ready to add photos of our next trip.
I think sometimes the idea of editing, printing, and preparing photos or figuring out where to start can deter us from getting anything done. But now you know you can just pick a handful of supplies and just start making something.
Have fun and let the creative juices start flowing again. And I guarantee that once you’ve challenged yourself and accomplished a project like this you won’t be able to stop making!
