I am on a mission to document one of the funnest days last summer. We went to the beach with friends and had the best time. It was warm but overcast so the photos are fantastic from that day. I believe, if there were a contest, this photo would receive ‘photo of the day!’
For my layout, I used Poolside. Totally workable for a beach layout!!
I dug in my stash for some coordinating cardstock, I really wanted to use the wave paper but wanted a border.
In the photo above, you can see the small shark fins. I used a small punch and the sheet of paper from the 6×6 paper pad. The details in the 6×6 are a much smaller scale, which was perfect for collecting shark fins for this layout.
You can see that I inserted the title through the blue pool float. I think you can still make out the title and it helps draw your eye to the sentiment.
I hope you are having as much fun with this collection as I am. Oh, I did dig out some buttons from Wish Season and a flair from Making Waves. I think I have mentioned this before, but most of the Fancy Pants collections I have, can really be mixed and match nicely.
