Is it just me or does it seem like once its the month of October, time starts to accelerate?  Today, I am sharing a fun way to create a treat bags (from die cuts) to celebrate the season, using the new Spellbound Collection. You can die cut the pattern paper using steel dies, or from an electronic machine or even find directions online to create a bag from just a ruler, scissors and adhesive.

Once the bag is die cut from the pattern papers, and adhered together, getting to decorate it, is the fun part.  To decorate these bags, I used the Spellbound Collection Ephemera pack.  There are pumpkins, bats, ghosts, sayings & sentiments and much more!

To give the bags depth, I like to adhere as much as the die cuts to the project using foam adhesive.  Layering with foam adhesive will always take your project to the next level, and will not look so flat.

I hope you were inspired by these enough to try your hand at making your own custom bags!
